What we offer

At Learning Talking, we believe that when therapists feel supported and valued, they can do their best work. That’s why we offer regular supervision, easy access to peer support, and a culture that encourages open communication and shared learning. We provide a wide range of assessment and therapy resources (digital and print), laptops and iPads, and fund high-quality CPD opportunities. Our competitive salaries, term-time-only contracts, and strong team culture contribute to excellent staff retention. Whether you’re newly qualified or bring years of experience, you’ll find a welcoming environment that recognises your strengths and supports your growth.

What we look for

We’re looking for speech and language therapists who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN). Our ideal team members are confident communicators, highly organised, and able to work flexibly in the fast-paced environment of mainstream schools. We value therapists who are reflective in their practice, passionate about inclusive education, and eager to develop their clinical skills as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

I started my career with Learning Talking as a newly qualified therapist over ten years ago, and it has been an incredible journey. From the beginning, I felt supported and part of a welcoming, collaborative team that helped me grow both professionally and personally.

What I value most is the company’s commitment to ongoing development and the variety of school settings I’ve worked in, which keeps my work both rewarding and inspiring. Knowing I’m making a real difference in children’s lives makes every day worthwhile. I’m proud to be part of the Learning Talking family and look forward to many more years ahead.”
